“I was in your St. Thomas store last week, left (3) shirts that I purchased on the store counter. I made a separate purchase of one more shirt and only picked up one shopping bag. I didn’t realize until I got back to the cruise ship. Epic. I didn’t have time to return to the store and get the shirts due to the ship leaving. I called the store and talked to a nice young gentleman named Adam Wood. He shipped my shirts to my home address. I’m really thankful for this great customer service. I will remember this gesture and will pass along the great quality of shirts purchased and the fantastic customer service by Adam in St. Thomas.”
