“I was wowed by the fantastic level of service that I received in Del Sol Cozumel. I enjoy Del Sol and the products and always stops in to check out all the locations, but I LOVED my experience in Cozumel. I was very worried about leaving my father to go on a cruise as he is elderly, and I really wanted to call him to check on him. A store associate and me use the store phone and make the call.”
“Then, I accidentally left my wallet at the store, and the same associate found me down the street a few minutes later and asked me to come back so she could return it to me. It was full of credit cards and cash, and he had protected it and nothing was stolen. I was so impressed by this associate that I had him write down his name, so I could call Del Sol Corporate and compliment him. There were three associates in total who were so helpful: Irving, Jesse, and Mary.”
