by The beautiful Spanish island of Puerto Rico recently welcomed its second Del Sol store to the San Juan Airport, under owner Lee Min Ho, who also owns the other Del Sol store in Old San Juan on Fortaleza Street. The new store is located pre-security, directly across from the American Airlines check-in counter and diagonal from the security check in.
Everyone checking in at American Airlines or Iberia Airlines must pass by the Del Sol store. The store is also located at the base of the Best Western Hotel (the only hotel at the airport), guaranteeing that hotel guests will pass by Del Sol on their way to check in.
In addition, all travelers who pass through the main terminal entrance must walk by the store. San Juan is a cruise embark/debark city so many who have seen the Del Sol brand on the cruise ships will also see Del Sol one last time before they travel home.
