This example, of course, being similar to what the human mind does when exposed to reading and writing – it becomes full of bright, colorful ideas and new perspectives that weren’t there before.
Nearly 500 teens with a passion for words gathered at Utah Valley University for the annual Teen Author Boot Camp to meet and learn from popular authors how to write a book.
Sponsors of the event, one of the largest teen writing conferences in the nation, included Utah’s clothing manufacturer, Del Sol. Teens received “swag bags” from Del Sol that included products such as flip-flops, hair clips, nail polish, sunglasses, and rings.
Del Sol’s mission is to create fun, joy, smiles and memories for everyone under the sun. By getting involved with great events and charities like Teen Author Boot Camp, Del Sol is able to accomplish its mission in more ways than one.
