Items Needed:

2. Base Coat and Top Coat

Step 1: Apply one coat of Del Sol’s transparent base coat to protect and pamper your nails.
Step 2: Apply one to two coats of your favorite Del Sol color-changing nail polish.
Step 3: Carefully remove the desired decal from packaging.
Step 4: Before your nail polish dries, position the decal on the nail that you want it on.
Step 5: Apply one coat of Del Sol’s transparent top coat to seal the design and to make your nails shine.
Step 6: See your nails change color outside in the sun!
