Del Sol Nail Polish, Pony Tail Holder, and Earrings Review
By Purple Knee Socks
I had the opportunity to try the Del Sol Earrings, Pony Tail Holders, and Nail Polish. I was intrigued by the idea of the product changing colors. Who wouldn’t be, right?
The company, Del Sol, was established in 1994 in Sandy, Utah. Using the proprietary Spectrachrome technology (a concept explored by NASA), Del Sol produces fun summer items, such as T-shirts, tote bags, accessories, key chains, jewelry, toys, and so much more! There are also Disney hair accessories, nail polishes, and clothing.
New bling is available – rings and bracelets! These are pretty neat, because they are only colored in the sun.
Anyway, I received Foxy nail polish, pony tail holders, and the Hollow Circle earrings to review.
I did my nails with the Foxy color. The polish went on smoothly; it wasn’t clumpy. It dried fast. Plus, it’s DBP, Toulene, and Formaldehyde free. This was not tested on animals, and it lasted two days without chipping.
I then went outside! Immediately, it began changing colors! It went from a shiny pink to a light plum color! I was not even all the way in the sun yet! It was neat, as the entire bottle changed colors! I received so many compliments, and I’m not going to lie; I confused many people with the changing colors. My co-workers actually thought I did my nails while I was at work! I wish!
The nail polish costs $10 per bottle.
The same happened with the Ponytail Holders and the Hollow Circle earrings! As soon as I brought them outside, they immediately changed colors. I wore a hair tie during this past week, and my mom was confused; she did not realize they changed colors!
The hair ties cost $10. The earrings cost $12.
