by “On a personal note, I am an Instructional Coach and work in a middle school. The first week of school I was given the Success Classroom to work in. This is a classroom that has students with severe behavior issues. I shadowed a student that has some forms of autisms and Obsessive Compulsive Disorders. Well, to make a long story short the way that I connected with her was through the Del Sol nail polish. From time to time as I walked to her different classes with her we would stop and see how it changed colors. She smiled at me and then in class she would look at my nails and only she and I knew I had nail polish. I gave her the Del Sol color changing logo that came with my information packet, and it has really made a difference to this student to have such a neat item. Now I am able to talk to her and help her through all her issues. I want to go to the store and buy her some nail polish. Just the fact that she allows me to talk to her is a huge gain in her journey to having a ‘normal’ life.”
