I personally wanted to thank you for responding to my email and to the survey I took…right after I took it. I did get a response email from you explaining how to care for our shirts, so wow…that is great customer service! And I really hope to visit your other stores in their exotic locations! We had so much fun in Nassau and believe it or not…we bought all our gifts for family and friends in your store, and they just love them! I even ordered stuff for myself online and got them right away and the extra free gift was awesome, too! Didn’t expect that and it went perfectly with the earrings I ordered! Keep up the great service you give your customers…it’s nice to have that when some companies just don’t care about what the consumer thinks!
I will be ordering again…and hopefully visiting one of your other stores soon! Gotta get that tote bag! I saw people on the ship carrying them and was so upset that I didn’t get one, so that’s next..I love totes and to have one that changes colors….it’s mine! Thank you again for being so awesome!
